To make sure your party goes as smoothly as possible, please keep the following in mind:
Guest List Policy
- Party packages are priced for 12 guests. Additional guests are $25 per child for up to 16 guests maximum. No exceptions.
- We will print and distribute invitations for up to 16 guests maximum. No exceptions.
- A "guest" is any child that participates in the party games, crafts, and lunch, and requires a costume. A guest must be on your final guest list in order to participate in these party activities.
- A final guest list is required 1 week prior to the party date.
- The costumes, crafts, menu, and seating arrangements are based on the final guest count provided. Therefore, any unexpected siblings or guests that come to the party - but are not on your final guest list - must be supervised by their parents. No exceptions.
Reservation Policy
- Because our parties are so popular please plan accordingly to ensure you get the party date that you want. We recommend reserving your party a minimum of 2 months in advance. Please complete the Party Reservation form on our website to book your party.
- A deposit of 50% of the party package price is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance must be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to the party. We accept Cash, Check, or Money Order.
Cancellation Policy
- Upon receipt of your deposit, we immediately start planning and shopping for your child’s special day. If you need to cancel the party for any reason, your deposit is refunded under these conditions.
- If we receive a written cancellation notice a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled party date, your deposit is completely refundable.
- If we receive a written cancellation notice a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled party date, only 50% of your deposit is refundable to cover our incurred expenses to date.
- If we receive a written cancellation notice less than 30 days prior to the scheduled party date, then your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule your Pint-Sized Party, please call a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new party date. If you need us to re-send invitations, there will be an additional charge.
RSVP Policy
- Due to the upfront cost of preparing for your party, if a guest is included in the final count but does not attend, we can not provide a refund for that guest.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate unexpected guests or siblings. We prepare our parties based on the final count given to us prior to the party. Siblings will need to be supervised. Our parties are for children 3 and older.
General Policies
- Pint-Sized Parties does not offer character-themed birthday parties.
- Pint-Sized Parties will be at your home on party day a minimum of 4-5 hours. We will arrive about 2 hours before the party to set up. The party will last approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours. And then we will need about 1 hour to clean up afterwards.
- When sending invitations, please ask your guests to arrive on time and to wear a comfortable outfit that costumes can fit over easily. In addition, please ask if there are any food allergies.
- Please remove all toys and any ‘weapons of mass distraction’ from the party area so the guests can focus on the party fun.
- Your Party Hostesses will treat your home with utmost respect, and provide professional service to you and your guests.
- Pint-Sized Parties can not be responsible for any items broken or lost, or any child injured in your home.
- Parents are welcome to help out and enjoy the party if we have enough room in the party area to accommodate them. We require a safe and clean area for dress-up, crafts, and food consumption so that everyone will have an enjoyable event. We also request that the noise level be kept to a minimum in order for the children to hear our instructions and for them to be able to enjoy their party. We suggest a separate gathering area away from our party where parents can socialize comfortably.
